Declarations

Found on the first few pages of your insurance policy document, the Declarations Sheet or Declarations Page contains key policy statements regarding the applicant and property covered. This will specify the named insured, address, policy period, policy number or ID, location or premises of the property, and may include additional information such as demographic and occupational data or other key identifying factors. You can think of the Declarations Page as a simple snapshot or summary of your policy.
