Accela Public Adjusting, Inc. was born out of a passion for helping people recover from crises. Founded by Edgardo Beltran, a licensed public adjuster with over 20 years of experience and Vincent B. Donadio, a marketing, operations, & technology professional with extensive experience in service industries.

Edgardo Beltran is the Chief Executive Officer with over two decades of experience running public adjusting firms.

Vincent B. Donadio is the Chief Marketing Officer, bringing along 15 years in the digital marketing space and 10 years in organization management.
