It was 14 months ago that we experienced a fire that left our beloved 1930 Tudor unoccupiable. Anton was there from day one explaining what l knew would he a complex process. Well, no one could have prepared me for what was to come: The outrageous behavior of our insurer of 35 years -- Allstate -- who screwed up this significant claim from the get go, had to be challenged and cajoled and threatened to correctly assess the true property damage and possessions loss. If it were not for Anton, his expertise and years of experience dealing with difficult insurers, we would still be waiting for a settlement and the boarded up house would continue to deteriorate. He and his appraisers did battle with Allstate in a process that lasted six months and significantly delayed progress in restoring our home -- but it resulted in a fair settlement. Though extremely stressful, it was worth it. Bottom line: There is no way it would have happened without the dogged persistence of Anton Lunyk and Acella. We are forever grateful.
Anne, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. I know how incredibly challenging and emotional this journey has been for you and your family. The heartbreak of seeing your home severely damaged and the frustration of dealing with an insurer that should have done better for you is a nightmare come true. Restoring a historic home like your Tudor-style home after such a loss is never easy, and it means the world to me that our persistence helped make things right. Your patience, trust, and determination were just as important in getting through this. I'm sincerely grateful for your kind words, and I’ll always be here if you need anything in the future. — Anton Lunyk
