They are with you from beginning to end and constantly fight to get the best outcome for you! In my case, a fire destroyed my home and they gave me direction. From providing a company for boarding up and cleaning up and content removal at the house, to meeting with the insurance adjusters to get the most from your policy, they are with you. Acella, found me a place to live, a company to completely furnish the apartment and provided a contractor for rebuilding my home.
Eddie Beltran, the CEO of Acella meets with you and takes you through the process and assigns an adjuster to personally work with you. Eddie continues to keep in touch to see how things are going from your perspective. My adjuster, Anton Lunyk, has been wonderful to work with. He is really a hard worker who has my best interest at heart. He has been working tirelessly to get the best outcomes for me in every area.
